“It takes a lot of guts to golf the way our team golfs”, said 2011-2012 senior, golf team captain, Shannon Whelan. “We have all become very close and our game improves each match” she added. This year girls golf has taken its game and attitude to a totally different level of play, with Tate Hickey winning 5th overall in the conference last Friday,”Knowing that all our hard work has paid off, both individually and a team, has really impacted our attitude to win,”explained Hickey.
Caroline Rosales,senior,and a first time golfer also added that “motivation is key in this year’s team. Encouraging each other is what we strive off of.”
The girls have come to this season with a winning mentality and are ready to conquer whatever match is headed there way. Good Luck Lady Warriors!
This year the girls’ golf team has improved their game because they as a team have gotten closer.

This season, the golf team has taken its game and attitude to a totally different level of play. Senior Tate Hickey won fifth overall in the conference on September 2nd.
“Knowing that all of our hard work paid off, both individually and as a team, has really impacted our attitude to win,” explained Hickey.
