Bishop Noll senior, Leonard Chocholek, has just received the Chick Evans Caddy Scholarship for the next four years of his college education. The scholarship, which will pay for Lenny’s tuition at Purdue University, is a full ride scholarship provided by the Indiana Evans Scholars. Lenny was eligible for the scholarship because of his employment as a caddy at Briar Ridge Country Club, where he has been working the past three years.
The scholarship also requires to have a cumulative GPA of 3.7 or above and an appealing ACT score.
“I really thought I was a great candidate for the scholarship,” Lenny said. “ I had been a caddy for a while now, and I have maintained above a 3.5 GPA throughout high school, along with a 24 on my ACT”.
