He was confused to wake up in a place he had never seen before.

     I watched this movie last week. It was called Nightbooks. The starring actors were Winslow Fegley, Lidya Jewett, and Krysten Ritter. The director was David Yarovesky. was pretty good to my surprise. Obsessed with writing scary stories, Alex was imprisoned by an evil witch. Little did he know, there was no way out. The main plot of the movie was that this boy liked to write scary stories. But one day when we wanted to run away, he found himself in front of an open apartment. He walked in, and later woke up in a completely different apartment. There was no way out. He found a friend there, and together they escaped.

     I really liked this movie. It had an interesting plot, and a plot twist. The plot of the story was that there was no way back home. Further into the movie Alex found writing in the books. Little did he know the writings were from the witch. She too had been a prisoner.

     I did not find anything wrong with the movie. Everything was well-made, and well organized. And the acting was on point. Now, this is only my opinion. I’m sure there’s other people who wouldn’t think the same.

     Nightbooks is an original Netflix movie.
